It's not always good to forget.

The phases of life, consisting of both good and bad elements, once elapsed, leave behind many teachings for you, whose hands you ought not to leave ever, which many a time are in contradiction to our behavior towards these learned lessons; and that is pity because this is the mistake what humans rarely miss to make even after encountering personal experiences also. Dissociation with the past, remembrance of specific reminiscence, and selection, deselection, forgetting, and erasure of memories are some of the habits that are sufficient enough to substantiate what Marx said in 1852 in 'The Eighteenth Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte' that 'all great world-historic facts and personages appear twice, the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce.'
