Not all criticisms are bad.

We encounter a lot of criticism, including healthy criticism, unhealthy criticism, and criticism for the sake of criticism directed at us on a daily basis. We ought not to outrightly reject all forms of criticism just by claiming the same is based on falsity. Some criticisms need to be rejected without a second thought, but some should be welcomed, as the same may be aimed at you to offer you the spaces to improve yourself by the ones concerned about you. The criticism, for the sake of criticism, is driven by "enjoying the process," which is itself part of the traits of human behavior. Unhealthy criticism is deliberately intended to restrict you from growing, but healthy ones open the potentialities of yours to learn, unlearn, and improve. The procedure of making distinctions between them and taking decisions with regard to rejection and acceptance is a silent, slow, and subconscious process. Even at the core of the heart, a person also knows which criticism belongs to which category.
